Forgotten...

Wow, I completely forgot that I had registered here at blogspot. It's like that dream you have where you are back in college--and it's finals week---and you completely forgot that you had enrolled into a class that you've never attended---and you don't know what to study....

Well, today is Halloween. This used to be one of my favorite holidays. I used to love getting dressed up in horror make-up and being the scariest ghoul that I could be. Guess those days are over for now. This will be Alex's first Halloween. He will be Tigger. We are having the high school youth over tonight for a HalloWii party---with plenty of playtime on the Wii. MMmmmm....I'm making buffalo wings...which reminds me--I better head out to the store.

My First Real Blog

Well, here we go. Everyone's doing it (blogging); so I guess I will too. My summer is coming to a screeching halt. My classes of my final semester at Dallas Theological Seminary being Monday. I've really done nothing of significant value this summer--so I will miss the laziness. I'm worried about Doby tonight (our min-pin). I gave him half a sedative so he will sleep; but my wife has me anxious that I may have accidentally given him a lethal dosage. So guess what? I'm going to be up all night looking after this dog--and I took the other half of the sedative so I can sleep tonight (to get back on schedule for school). I've been staying up way too late (5 a.m.-ish). So, I'm going to make sure the dog stays awake with me. More later....
